StoneHeart is a Georgian combat-streetwear brand. I built its entire online store from first call to live site in about a week: a bilingual storefront on its own domain, an interactive 3D product view, and an admin the owner runs himself.

The Brief

Kakhi had a brand, original artwork, and no way to sell any of it. He didn't want a store that looked like every other Shopify theme, and he didn't want to depend on a developer every time a drop went out. The whole thing went from first call to live domain in about a week, built by one person.

Built for the Owner, Not the Developer

Products, bundles, photos, drops, and the entire homepage are managed from a no-code admin. He can hide an item, change a price, or launch a drop without opening a ticket. Since launch it has run on zero developer hours.

Visual Language

The brand is heavy, dark, and physical, so the store leads with the product and gets out of the way. Strong type, deep contrast, and photography carrying the weight instead of decoration.

Two Markets, One Store

The store runs in Georgian and English, and defaults to the visitor's region rather than making them hunt for a toggle. Pricing follows the same logic. Georgian visitors see GEL, everyone else sees USD, so a local customer and a buyer abroad each get a price that makes sense to them.

Built for Real Use

Most visitors arrive on a mid-range phone over mobile data. The 3D view pauses when it scrolls out of sight, lighter devices get a lighter version automatically, and the assets and bundles are split so the first screen arrives fast.

Where It Stands

The store is live with 11 products and bundles. The owner has run it himself since launch, adding drops and managing the homepage without me.
