Amnairi RS
A browser extension that files a month of invoices on RS.ge in one run. What takes an accountant a full working day by hand takes a minute.

About the Product
Every Georgian company files its invoices through RS.ge, and the deadline lands on the 15th of every month. Until then an accountant sits with the month’s waybills and types them into the portal one at a time, hundreds of them, by hand. Three hundred invoices is a full day gone, every month, forever.
Amnairi RS does that run in about a minute, and it handles the part nobody else touches: returns and corrections.
A Month of Filing,
Done in One Run
The product only had to do one thing well, so everything else was cut. No dashboard nobody opens, no onboarding tour. Register, install, run it against the month. The first real filing usually goes through within minutes of signing up, which is the moment it either proves itself or doesn’t.

Visual Language
The interface stays out of the way. An accountant filing on the 14th is not looking for an experience, they want to see what is about to be filed and whether it is right.
Everything is in Georgian, in the same vocabulary RS.ge already uses, so nothing has to be translated in the user’s head before it makes sense.
Returns and Corrections
Filing invoices is the visible half. The harder half is what happens when goods come back.
A return is not a new document, it is an old one that has to be found and rewritten. The accountant has to dig out the original invoice, which may have been filed weeks or months ago among hundreds, confirm what was actually sold and at what price, then correct that filed tax document without breaking the numbers around it. For a distributor moving real volume, returns come in constantly, and every one is that same search done by hand.
Amnairi RS does the finding and the correcting. The return goes back against the invoice it actually came from, and the corrected document is filed for you. What used to be the most tedious part of the month stops being a job at all.
Built for Accountants
The people using this are not early adopters. Most were doing the job by hand the day before, and many arrived through a phone call rather than a landing page.
So it had to work first try, on their machine, with their setup, without a support ticket. That constraint shaped every decision in the build.
One Workflow at a Time
Invoices and returns were the deepest pain, so they came first. They are not the only ones. RS.ge is where Georgian businesses do a long list of repetitive work, and almost all of it is still done by hand, screen by screen.
The direction is to take those workflows one at a time, in the order accountants actually feel them, until the portal stops being something you sit in front of for a day a month. Every workflow added makes the next one cheaper to build and the product harder to replace.

From Product to Revenue
Building it was half the job. I ran the ads, made the activation calls, and closed the sales myself: 100+ signups in the first two weeks off a single $120 ad, at roughly 74 GEL to win a customer.
Subscriptions, renewals, and billing then run unattended. Renewals landed and a customer upgraded plans while I was out of the country for a week, which is the only version of a product worth building.
